Student Health Service (SSE)
General overview
The Student Health Service (SSE) at Université Lyon 1 offers free activities and workshops throughout the year to support students’ mental and physical well-being. These services are available to all Lyon 1 students, regardless of their campus.

Activities and Workshops
- Walk & Talk : a time for discussion with a psychologist while walking in Parc de la Feyssine. This service is not suitable for emergency situations and does not include psychotherapeutic follow-up (single session only).
- Every first Monday of the month – Doua Campus

- Yogi thuesdays : yoga, relaxation, and meditation sessions to relieve stress and restore balance.
- Every first Tuesday of the mont – Campus Lyon Sud

- Chill Against Isolation: friendly gatherings around board games to encourage social connections.
- Doua Campus – Learning Lab BU Doua: Thursday, 5:30–7:00 p.m.
- Lyon Sud Campus – Room LMM1: Friday 12:30–2:00 p.m.

- Animal-Assisted Therapy: relaxation sessions in the presence of dogs, rabbits, and guinea pigs, supervised by a zootherapist and an SSE nurse. March – Lyon Est, Lyon Sud, and Doua Campuses (see SSE calendar)
